  • Spiritual Outreach

Church Planting Our Spiritual Outreach begins with Fuente de Luz Bible Church, which meets on the grounds of our demonstration farm. We hold Sunday services and Wednesday discipleship for new believers, with a commitment to expository preaching that guides our community through the full counsel of God's Word. The church operates under the oversight of a local Honduran church, with the partnership and support of churches and individuals in the United States.

Evangelism Every agricultural project, business development initiative, water access effort, and rural education program is an opportunity to share the Gospel. We build genuine friendships with farming families through these interactions, bringing the Bible into homes and communities naturally. Every donation also becomes a door, a moment to present the good news to those we serve.

Bible Schools Through relationships built by supplying school supply packages and supporting rural school facilities, we bring weekly Bible classes to children in three communities. These classes introduce the Gospel in a familiar, trusted setting. American partner groups also travel to lead focused one-week programs within the regular school schedule, deepening the impact across each community.

Pastor & Church Support We come alongside local pastors and churches by equipping them with the same practical tools, agricultural projects, business development, clean water, and rural education, so they can leverage these resources spiritually in their own evangelism, church planting, and children's ministry. Our role is to strengthen what God is already doing through faithful local leaders.

  • Subsistent Agriculture

At Subsistent Agriculture, we work at the heart of one of Honduras's most persistent challenges: subsistence farming. Honduras's rugged, mountainous terrain makes agriculture uniquely difficult, and for countless families, it is both their livelihood and their greatest struggle.

We believe that lasting change comes from practical, replicable solutions. That's why our work is built on three pillars:

Coffee Productivity Techniques We work alongside farmers, facing the same terrain and conditions they do, to develop and refine productivity methods that can be easily adopted and replicated. When farmers see it work in real conditions, they can make it their own.

Laying Hen Farms Small-scale poultry operations provide families with a reliable source of protein and a natural supply of fertilizer, two resources that strengthen both nutrition and soil health in a single, manageable system.

Replicable Kitchen Gardens We help families establish productive home gardens designed for variety and surplus. Beyond feeding households, these gardens open the door to selling excess produce, turning subsistence into opportunity.

Our approach is simple: meet farmers where they are, build what they can replicate, and grow from there.

  • Business Development

We work to create real market access for subsistence farmers. By helping them sell surplus coffee, eggs, and vegetables produced at the demonstration farm, we open doors to additional income they wouldn't otherwise have. In Honduras, we have built a network of clients who regularly order products from our demonstration farm; including eggs, coffee, garden vegetables, and more. In the U.S., God has opened the door for us to make Honduran coffee available through Resurrection Coffee Honduras, sourced both from our own farm and from local producers; you can order directly through the link on this page. Whether we connect farmers through our own channels or help them build trading relationships within their communities, every transaction creates economic opportunity. And as we've found across every area of our work, every need met is an open door to share the Gospel.

  • Water Projects

Clean water is out of reach for many families across rural Honduras and in the city. We address this in two ways. Where manual extraction wells already exist but have fallen into disrepair, we step in to fix them and install upgraded pumping systems. For communities without well access, we donate water filters that connect directly to buckets and can draw from a variety of sources, removing impurities and bacteria to make water safe to drink. These filters last up to 20 years, making them a lasting investment in each family's health.

We donate one filter per family, which gives us a personal connection with every household, and with the broader community, creating natural, meaningful opportunities to share the Gospel alongside every installation.

  • Rural Education

Education is often out of reach for children of subsistence farming families. We help remove that barrier by assembling school kits, backpacks stocked with notebooks, rulers, pencils, and other essential supplies, so every child has what they need to show up and learn. When the opportunity arises, we also repair damaged school facilities, helping create a safer and more welcoming environment for students and teachers alike.

These efforts open doors into schools and homes across rural communities, giving us the privilege of sharing the Gospel directly with the children we serve.
